Seated Acupressure massage

Acupressure Massage is based on traditional Japanese massage. The practitioner uses an ergonomically designed portable chair, which fully supports the client while allowing access to the back, neck, arms hands & head. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used.

It is a health & relaxation session, which revitalises and is intended to promote a sense of well-being.

Tense and aching muscles relax and circulation is increased,. The sequence works to improve the flow of energy throughout the body and acts on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems.

If used on a regular basis, it can help prevent minor conditions developing into more serious ones.

Sessions are £10 for 25 mins or £15 for 40 mins

WHAT TO EXPECT

A brief medical history will be taken then you will be shown how to sit on the massage chair which will be adjusted to ensure you are comfortable. The treatment works on the back, shoulders, arms & hands, neck & head using massage and acupressure techniques.

This treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant.
