Reiki - healing with energy

A Reiki session offers a relaxing and soothing treatment that calms the mind and clears away stress and other negative emotions.

Reiki gives deep and powerful healing, working on all levels, it is a natural holistic therapy that seeks to align a person’s energy vibration to its optimum health. It can help with any condition, whether it is physical or emotional.

The Reiki practitioner will gently rest their hands upon you, non-intrusively, in a series of positions from the crown of the head to the feet. Each hand position is held for a few minutes, sometimes longer, and during this time energy will flow into you helping to balance your energy system.

As the energy flows, most people will feel warmth, or heat, or tingling from the Practitioner's hands. It is usually a very relaxing experience: some people fall asleep. Your body will always work towards healing itself, Reiki encourages this natural process.
