Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet which correspond to all organs, glands and body parts. These are stimulated by using the thumbs and fingers on these reflexes. Reflexology can benefit almost everyone. An increasing number of people are using this safe, natural therapy as a way of relaxing, balancing and harmonising the body. Reflexology is a particularly pleasant way of maintaining the body’s good health.
